Si applica in egual misura a una persona amata (o non amata) che \u00e8 viva ma non pi\u00f9 presente nella nostra vita.  Il lutto \u00e8 un processo naturale che di solito non richiede alcuna interferenza o aiuto professionale. (1)<\/p>\n<h3><b>Elaborazione dei sentimenti e chiusura del lutto<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Nonostante il passare del tempo, alcune persone non riescono ad andare avanti. Rimangono bloccati in sentimenti potenti e contrastanti di un rapporto in cui qualcosa non \u00e8 stato risolto.<\/p>\n<p>La persona perduta non pu\u00f2 aiutarci a guarire; senza il suo sguardo o riconoscimento, sentiamo di non riuscire a elaborare e a chiudere il lutto da soli.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Il legame tra perdita e depressione<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Come abbiamo affrontato questi sentimenti difficili? I problemi si verificano quando la perdita alimenta un ciclo infinito di pensieri intrusivi e di dolore emotivo. Quando questo accade, \u00e8 probabile che sia la depressione, e non il lutto, ad avere messo radici. La depressione ci impedisce di soffrire, sia per\u00a0<em>l'altro,<\/em>\u00a0(la persona perduta) che per noi stessi.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Come pu\u00f2 aiutare la psicoanalisi<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>La psicoterapia psicoanalitica pu\u00f2 aiutare a risolvere e ad alleviare i sentimenti inquietanti che la perdita pu\u00f2 aver scatenato. It applies equally to a loved (or not loved) person who is alive but no longer there. Grieving is a natural process that usually requires no interference or professional help. (1)<\/p> <h3><b>Resolving feelings and gaining closure<\/b><\/h3> <p>Despite the passing of time, some people find themselves unable to move on. They remain stuck in powerful and conflicting feelings from a relationship in which something has not been resolved.<\/p> <p>The lost person cannot help us to heal, while without their gaze, or their acknowledgment, we feel that we can\u2019t achieve closure on our own.<\/p> <h3><b>The link between loss and depression<\/b><\/h3> <p>So what have we been doing with these difficult feelings? Problems occur when our loss fuels an endless cycle of intrusive thoughts and emotional pain. When this happens, it is likely that depression, and not grieving, has taken root. Depression prevents us from grieving, either for the lost\u00a0<em>other<\/em>\u00a0or for ourselves.<\/p> <h3><b>How psychoanalytic psychotherapy can help<\/b><\/h3> <p>Psychoanalytic psychotherapy can help to resolve and relieve disturbing feelings that your loss may have triggered.
